Fireworks can export all layers or all frames in a document as separate image files using a single export command.
To export frames as individual files:
1 | Choose File > Export Special > Layers/Frames to Files. |
2 | Choose Frames in the Files From pop-up menu. |
3 | Choose Trim Images to automatically crop the exported images to fit the objects on each frame. |
If you want to export frames the same size as the document, deselect Trim Images. | |
4 | Enter the base name for each file in the Base Name text box. |
5 | Choose a destination and click Save (Windows) or Export (Macintosh). |

Each frame exports as a separate image using the optimization settings specified in the Optimize panel.

Each layer exports as a separate image using the optimization settings specified in the Optimize panel. The name of the layer in the Layers panel determines the file name of each exported file.
